Sponsor Entities. HighPeak Energy, LP, HighPeak Pure Acquisition, LLC, HighPeak Energy II, LP, HighPeak Energy III, LP, Jack Hightower and any of their respective Affiliates; provided, however, that neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries shall be considered Sponsor Entities hereunder

Sponsor Entities. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Stockholders Agreement

Sponsor Entities. Means, collectively, (i) the Sponsor, (ii) Summit Partners Entrepreneur Advisors Fund III, L.P., Summit Partners Growth Equity Fund IX-A AIV, L.P., Summit Partners Growth Equity Fund IX-B AIV, L.P., Summit Investors GE IX/VC IV, LLC, and Summit Investors GE IX/VC IV(UK), L.P. (collectively, the Summit Investors), and any additional entity through which the Sponsor or Summit Investors hold equity securities of the Company or any entity affiliated with the Company.

Sponsor Entities. Shall mean any of L Catterton Partners VIII, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and L Catterton VIII Offshore, L.P., a Cayman Island limited partnership, any private equity fund or entity affiliated with C8 Management, or any investment vehicle sponsored thereby and any affiliate thereof who beneficially own shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company, and any securities into which such shares of common stock shall have been changed or any securities resulting from any... reclassification or recapitalization of such shares of common stock from time to time; provided, however, that neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries shall be considered Sponsor Entities hereunder.
