Example Definitions of "Sponsor Group"
Sponsor Group. Shall mean any one of (a) the Bain Investors, collectively, (b) the Carlyle Investors, collectively and (c) the THL Investors, collectively. Where this Agreement provides for the vote, consent or approval of any Sponsor Group, such vote, consent or approval shall be determined by the Majority Bain Investors, the Majority Carlyle Investors or the Majority THL Investors, as the case may be, except as otherwise specifically set forth herein.
Sponsor Group. Shall mean any one of (a) the Bain Investors, collectively, (b) the Carlyle Silver Lake Investors, collectively and (c) the THL Warburg Pincus Investors, collectively. Sponsor Group. Means the collective reference to (a) the Sponsors and (b) any other Person that (i) directly or indirectly, is in control of, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Sponsors and (ii) is organized primarily for the purpose of making debt or equity investments in one or more companies. Sponsor Group. Sponsor Investments, LLC, Herakles Investments, Inc., Astraea Investment Management, L.P., and Paul Pottinger, Christopher Bancroft, Michael Jordan, John M. Pigott, Goh Yong Siang, Pat Long, David Kellogg, Charles Jarvie and David Pasahow, as individuals, and their successors and assigns.
