Sponsor Indemnitor

Sponsor Indemnitor. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Sponsor Indemnitors" means [·] and each of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, together with any other investment fund or related management company or general partner that is an affiliate of any of the foregoing entities (other than the Company) or that is advised by the same investment adviser as any of the foregoing entities or by an affiliate of such investment adviser.
