Sponsor Parties

Sponsor Parties. Means each of the Sponsor, its Affiliates, any of its or their officers, directors or employees and, with respect to such officers, directors or employees, any Permitted Transferees of such officers, directors or employees of the type specified in clauses (i) through (iii) in the definition of Permitted Transferees.
