Sponsor Shareholder

Sponsor Shareholder. Means any current or former Shareholder, any Affiliate (as defined in the Shareholders Agreement) of such Shareholder (other than the Quintiles Companies and their subsidiaries), and/or any other investment entity or related management company that is advised by the same investment adviser as any of the foregoing entities or by an Affiliate (as defined in the Shareholders Agreement) of such investment adviser.
