Sponsor Shares. The shares held by Sponsor of Acquiror Class B Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, and the shares of PubCo Common Stock issuable upon conversion of such shares in connection with the Closing

Sponsor Shares. (the "Sponsor Shares")

Sponsor Shares. Means each of the SPAC Common Stock held by the Investors or the Sponsors.

Sponsor Shares. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.
