Sponsor Warrants. The aggregate of 6,001,400 warrants issued by Boulevard at a price of $1.00 per warrant, in a private placement that occurred simultaneously with the completion of the initial public offering of Boulevard, as shall be converted to warrants exercisable for Ordinary Shares in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement.
Sponsor Warrants. Means those warrants entitling the holder thereof to purchase one-half of one share of Common Stock at an exercise price of $5.75 per half share as more fully described in the prospectus for the Company's initial public offering filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 26, 2013.
