Sponsoring Party
Sponsoring Party. Means, for each Study, the sponsor of such Study as the term sponsor is defined in Title 21 C.F.R. Part 312.3(b). Each Study Plan for a Study will expressly state which of the Parties shall be the Sponsoring Party for such Study.
