Sponsors Alliance Representative. Shall mean any person who: (a) is a member or alternate of the Board of Directors or a Specification Working Group; or (b) has attended any meeting of the Board of Directors or a Specification Working Group (whether in-person or via teleconference); or (c) has subscribed to the Board of Directors or a Specification Working Group email list reflector.
