Sponsors. The Bain Entities, the TPG Entities, the CPPIB Entities and the LGP Entities.

Sponsors. Means (i) Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe IX, L.P., (ii) FFC Partners II, L.P. and (iii) BancAmerica Capital Investors I, L.P.

Sponsors. Shall mean, collectively, the Advent Investor and the GS Investors, including their respective successors or assigns.

SPONSOR shall include a related company of SPONSOR, the voting stock of which is directly or indirectly at least fifty percent (50%) owned or controlled by the SPONSOR, an organization which directly or indirectly controls more that fifty percent (50%) of the voting stock of the SPONSOR, and an organization, the majority ownership of which is directly or indirectly common to the ownership of the SPONSOR.

Sponsors. Shall mean OCM Principal Opportunities Fund II, L.P. and BancAmerica Capital Investors II, L.P.

Sponsors. Shall mean TPG/GS and so long as TPG/GS collectively continues to hold, directly or indirectly, at least a 50% voting interest in Alltel, any party which succeeds to all or a part of their right of any of them to be paid Fees.

Sponsors. Shall mean collectively all such entities as are signatories to the Alliance Sponsor's Agreement and are in good standing with the Alliance, pursuant to the Alliance Sponsor's Agreement and any Alliance policies and procedures, as such may be amended from time to time. When "approve", "determine", "decide" or similar language connoting the approval of an action by the Sponsors is used, such terms shall mean the approval of an action by the Sponsors pursuant to their policies and procedures, as... such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time without notice to or consent by the Associates.
