Sponsorship

Sponsorship. An arrangement in which a third party pays a negotiated amount to Delta or Gogo, as applicable, and in consideration of such payment Gogo offers free or discounted Connectivity Service to passengers on one or more Installed A/C and advertises such service as being sponsored by the third party.
