SPR CLOSING DATE
SPR CLOSING DATE. Means the date of any SPR Closing, which shall occur, if at all, on or prior to 5:00 p.m. California time on the Outside Date.
SPR CLOSING DATE. An SPR Closing Date (as defined in the Securities Purchase Agreement) or the first Business Day thereafter, or such other date as all of the parties and Dr. Chaudhuri may agree.
