Spread

Spread. The excess, if any, of (i) the purchase prices paid by investors to the Underwriter for the Underwritten Certificates over (ii) the purchase price paid by the Underwriter to the Depositor for the Underwritten Certificates purchased by the Underwriter.

Spread. The excess of the Market Value per Share on the date when a SAR is exercised over the Exercise Price or Base Price provided for in the related Stock Option or Freestanding SAR, respectively

Spread. The value equal to 750,000 times the amount by which the value per share that the Company's shareholders receive in the Change in Control at the closing of such Change in Control as calculated in accordance with the applicable method described in Section 4(B)(3) exceeds the per share Fair Market Value of the Company's common stock on the trading day immediately prior to the public announcement of the Change in Control.

Spread. The excess of the Fair Market Value per Common Share on the date when an Stock Appreciation Right is exercised over the Base Price provided for in the Stock Appreciation Right
