Spring Creek Royalty

Spring Creek Royalty. The production royalty on certain Tons produced and Sold by Payor, its Affiliates, or its or their contractors or the successors or assigns of any of the foregoing from the Spring Creek Reserves, calculated and payable as set forth in Section 2(c) and Sections 3-4 of this Agreement.
