Springs Affiliate

Springs Affiliate. The term "Springs Affiliate" for purposes of this Agreement shall mean any wholly owned subsidiary of Springs and any organization whose employees would be treated as employees of Springs under Section 414(b) or Section 414(c) of the Code if "50 percent" were substituted for "80 percent" in the income tax regulations under Code Section 414(b) or Code Section 414(c). ss.
