SPV Master Lease

SPV Master Lease. Shall mean the Master Lease Agreement, dated on or about the Sale-Leaseback Date, between the SPV, as lessor, and Hops, as lessee, concerning the lease of the Sale-Leaseback Property to Hops by the SPV; together with all schedules and exhibits thereto, and any modifications and amendments thereof.
