Example Definitions of "SSA"
SSA. Means that certain amended and restated agreement between SWM and PMUSA, effective April 1, 1998, under which PMUSA has agreed to purchase, accept and pay for, and SWM has agreed to manufacture, sell and deliver Fine Papers. As used herein, such term also shall include all amendments to such agreement.
