Means a solid state disk drive, which includes a plurality of nonvolatile Memory Devices (e.g., NAND flash) in combination with at least one volatile Memory device (e.g., DRAM), a hard disk drive interface (e.g., SATA, IDE, etc. ), and a controller for reading data out from and writing data into such Memory Devices.
