SSG Multiple. The quotient, determined as of a Determination Date, of (A) the arithmetic average of the Daily VWAP for the ten (10) consecutive Trading Days ending on, and including, the Determination Date, divided by (B) the SSG Reported ANI over the LTM ending on the Determination Date.
