Staff Reduction Policy

Staff Reduction Policy. Means any administrative policy adopted by the Company, as in effect from time to time, and attached hereto as Appendix B, which sets forth the policies for the Participating Employer with respect to management initiated terminations resulting from force/skills and balances, site closings, and job eliminations.
