STAIRS Plan. The plan, as mutually agreed by Organon and Merck (or their respective Affiliates, as applicable), that details the transfer of Marketing Authorizations, the name change of the holder of the Marketing Authorizations, site name changes, legal entity name and address changes, and artwork changes in connection with the Separation (as such plan may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the Regulatory Agreement)
