Stand Alone Licensed Devices. Means LABS' completed patient monitor devices which do not incorporate a Licensed Application but incorporate MS Boards to provide SpO(Sub 2) Measurements. Stand Alone Licensed Devices shall not include any methods or devices other than MS Boards to account for Hb and HbO(Sub2) in arterial blood oxygen saturation.
