Standard Executive Benefits Package

Standard Executive Benefits Package. Means those benefits (including retirement, insurance and other welfare benefits, but excluding, except as provided in paragraph 6, any severance pay program or policy of the Company) for which substantially all of the Company's senior executives are from time to time generally eligible, as determined from time to time by the PRGX Board.
