Standard Settlement Period

Standard Settlement Period. Means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company's primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise. If the Company's Common Stock does not trade on a Trading Market, then the Standard Settlement Period shall be two (2) Trading Days.

Standard Settlement Period. The standard settlement period for equity trades effected by U.S. broker-dealers, expressed in a number of Trading Days, as in effect on the date the applicable Conversion Notice (as defined below) is received or deemed received by the Company.

Standard Settlement Period. The standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Issuer's primary trading market with respect to the Common Units as in effect on the date of delivery of the applicable Exercise Notice

Standard Settlement Period. The standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company's principal Eligible Market with respect to the Common Stock that is in effect on the date of receipt of an applicable Exercise Notice

Standard Settlement Period. Means the standard settlement period for the Company's primary trading market or quotation system with respect to the Common Stock, expressed in a number of Trading Days, as in effect on the applicable date, which as of the date of this Agreement is "T+2".

Standard Settlement Period. Means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of trading days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of a Conversion Notice so long as the Holder has provided reasonable assurances to the Company and 7GC that such Common Stock will be sold pursuant to Rule 144, once it is available, or any other applicable exemption from registration under the Securities Act or if there is an effective Resale Registration...
