Example Definitions of "Standard Settlement Period"
Standard Settlement Period. Means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company's primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise. If the Company's Common Stock does not trade on a Trading Market, then the Standard Settlement Period shall be two (2) Trading Days.
Standard Settlement Period. The standard settlement period for equity trades effected by U.S. broker-dealers, expressed in a number of Trading Days, as in effect on the date the applicable Conversion Notice (as defined below) is received or deemed received by the Company.
