Example Definitions of "Standard Severance"
Standard Severance. Means the applicable severance amount that would apply for the Executive as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, as such Exhibit may be updated by the Company from time to time to reflect the Company's then-prevailing severance practices, provided that Exhibit A may not be modified in a manner adverse to the Executive during the 90 day period preceding or at any time after the occurrence of a Change in Control.
