Standard Termination

Standard Termination. A Termination of Employment that is not a Qualifying Termination and that is either: (i) initiated by the Company for any reason other than (A) the Executive's continuous illness, injury or incapacity for a period of twelve (12) months or (B) for Cause or (ii) initiated by the Executive for Good Reason.
