(i) the Outside Date (as amended by this Amendment), or (ii) the date on which any of the following shall occur: (A) the occurrence of a Default that is not the Specified Default or (B) an amendment or any restructuring of any of the Financing Agreements (as in effect on the First Amendment Effective Date) that is not reasonably satisfactory to Lessor.
