Stapled Security. A unit of stapled securities issued or issuable by the Company pursuant to the PIK Note Indenture and substantially in the form attached thereto, which consists of a principal amount of PIK Notes determined pursuant to the PIK Note Indenture (subject to adjustment as provided in the Stapled Security and the PIK Note Indenture) and one share of Common Stock (subject to adjustment as provided in the Stapled Security)
