StartUp Services

StartUp Services. Means database integration and enhancements; report writing; enhancements to software applications, work stations and telephone systems; and other activities (whether or riot listed in the Start-Up Schedule) which Rainmaker and Nortel may mutually agree are necessary to implement the Outsourced Services.
