Stated Interest Rate

Stated Interest Rate. Means simple interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum.

Stated Interest Rate. Shall mean, with respect to each Interest Period, the rate of interest set forth on EXHIBIT A hereto for such Interest Period.

Stated Interest Rate. Means (i) with respect to the Class A Certificates, 5.90% per annum, (ii) with respect to the Class B Certificates, 8.00% per annum and (iii) with respect to the Class C Certificates, 9.125% per annum.

Stated Interest Rate. Means the LIBOR Rate plus 250 basis points and shall include the Rate Increaser Amount from and after the Rate Change Date.

Stated Interest Rate. A rate equal to 0.20% per annum
