Stated Maturity

Stated Maturity. Means, with respect to any security or any installment of principal thereof or interest thereon, the date specified in such security as the fixed date on which the principal of such Security or such installment of principal or interest is due and payable.

Stated Maturity. When used with respect to any Indebtedness or any instalment of principal thereof or interest thereon, means the date specified in such Indebtedness as the fixed date on which the -24- principal of such Indebtedness or such instalment of principal or interest is due and payable.

Stated Maturity. When used with respect to any Note, means the date specified in such Note as the fixed date on which an amount equal to the principal amount of such Note together with accrued and unpaid interest, if any, is due and payable.

Stated Maturity. When used with respect to any Note or any installment of interest thereon, means the date specified in such Note as the fixed date on which the principal of such Note or such installment of interest is due and payable.

Stated Maturity. With respect to any security or debt obligation, including a Note, the date specified in such security or debt obligation as the fixed date on which the final payment of principal of such security or debt obligation is due and payable or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day. The Stated Maturity with respect to the Notes will be November 15, 2025.
