Steel Shares. The then outstanding shares of Common Stock held by Richard Steel that were originally issued to Richard Steel pursuant to that certain Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of the date of this Agreement, by and among Richard Steel, Steel Media and the Company, as in effect on the date of this Agreement without amendment or other modification.
