Step 2 Goals

Step 2 Goals. Means all of the goals separately determined by the Parties, which shall be achieved within the term of Step 2.

Step 2 Goals. Means all of the goals identified in the columns labeled "Step 2 Goals" on Exhibit A attached hereto; provided, however, that the numeric values in the column titled "Step 2 Goals" are tentative and may be modified by mutual written agreement between the Parties.
