Step 2 Targets

Step 2 Targets. Means all of the targets identified in the columns labeled "Step 2 Targets" on Exhibit A attached hereto; provided, however, that the numeric values in the column titled "Step 2 Targets" are tentative and may be modified by mutual written agreement between the Parties.
