Step 3 Guidelines. Means all of the guidelines identified in the columns labeled "Step 3 Guidelines" on Exhibit A attached hereto; provided, however, that the numeric values in the column titled "Step 3 Guidelines" are tentative and may be modified by mutual written agreement between the Parties.
