Step 3 HOKU MEA. Means such specific Automotive HOKU MEA comprising Step 3 HOKU Membrane and a specific combination of Components that is developed by HOKU under this Agreement using the Step 3 HOKU MEA Assembly Process, and which is described with particularity in a written disclosure that is signed by both Parties prior to the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
