Stillwater's Cost of Borrowing. Means, at the time of prepayment, the higher of (1) Stillwater's pretax weighted average cost of debt (as approximated by reference to Stillwater's most recent filings with the Securities Exchange Commission pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended) and (ii) Stillwater's pretax weighted average cost of borrowing under its revolving lines of credit.
