STIP

STIP. The Company's Short-Term Incentive Plan, effective January 1, 2006, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto

STIP. The Company's short-term incentive plan under Section 8 of the Company's 2015 Omnibus Incentive Plan, effective August 7, 2015, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto

STIP. Any Short-Term Incentive Plan as may be adopted by the Directors from time to time to provide appropriate incentive compensation to the Company's executives based upon annual performance targets established by the Board (or the Compensation Committee thereof), in consultation with the Executive, as referenced in Section 3(b)
