STIPEND PERIOD

STIPEND PERIOD. Means the period of time beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on the first to occur of: (i) the termination of Executive's employment hereunder (A) by the Company with Just Cause, (B) by Executive without Good Reason, or (C) upon the death or disability of Executive, (ii) the 180th day following a Termination Date, or (iii) a Change in Control.
