Stock Appreciation Rights. The right to receive the difference between the fair market value of a Share on the date of exercise and in Exercise Price payable in cash or Shares, subject to such terms and conditions as determined by the Committee granted pursuant to this Plan to which shall not have the term of more than 10 years
