Stock Appreciation Rights

Stock Appreciation Rights. The right to receive the difference between the fair market value of a Share on the date of exercise and in Exercise Price payable in cash or Shares, subject to such terms and conditions as determined by the Committee granted pursuant to this Plan to which shall not have the term of more than 10 years

Stock Appreciation Rights. The right to receive the difference between the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the grant date and the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date the Stock Appreciation Right is exercised

Stock Appreciation Rights. The right to receive a payment equal to the excess of the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date the Stock Appreciation Rights are exercised over the exercise price per share of Common Stock established for those Stock Appreciation Rights at the time of grant, multiplied by the number of shares of Common Stock with respect to which the Stock Appreciation Rights are exercised

Stock Appreciation Rights. A right to receive an amount equal to the excess of the Fair Market Value of one share of Stock on the date of exercise over the grant price of the SAR that is granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(c) hereof.

Stock Appreciation Rights.
