Stock Award Notice

Stock Award Notice. Means a written notice from the Company to a holder of a Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Stock Award grant. Each Stock Award Notice shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. References in the Plan to a Stock Award Notice shall include Option Grant Notices and the notices issued in connection with the Plan as well as the relevant provisions, if any, of any individually negotiated employment contract, agreement, or any other written plan covering... the Participant.
