Stock Event

Stock Event. A stock split, stock combination, reclassification, payment of stock dividend, recapitalization or other similar transaction of such character that the shares of Common Stock shall be changed into or become exchangeable for a larger or small number of shares.

Stock Event. Any stock split or other subdivision of outstanding Common Stock, combination of outstanding Common Stock (including by reverse stock split), reclassification, payment of a stock dividend in Common Shares, recapitalization, or other similar transaction of such character that Common Shares shall be changed into or become exchangeable for a larger or smaller number of Common Shares

Stock Event.
