Example Definitions of "Stock Fund"
Stock Fund. Means that portion, if any, of a Participant's Account attributable to an election to defer Compensation that would otherwise have been payable in the form of equity of the Company, and shall include the number and kind of equity so deferred, as adjusted for dividends and distributions payable in the form of equity, and subject to such further adjustments as are otherwise applicable with respect to equity awards under the Liberty Global, Inc. 2005 Incentive Plan.
Stock Fund. Stock Fund. Means a deemed investment alternative used for measuring earnings (or losses) on amounts credited to Participants' Accounts. Amounts deemed to be invested in the Stock Fund shall be credited with earnings (or losses) as if they were invested in Shares, including dividend equivalents to the extent determined by the Plan Administrator from time to time.
