Stock Grant

Stock Grant. Means a grant by the Company of Shares under the Plan, which the Committee may, in its sole discretion, structure to qualify in whole or in part as "performance-based compensation" under Section 162(m) of the Code.

Stock Grant. The award of shares of Common Stock to a Participant pursuant to the terms of this Plan

Stock Grant. Stock Grant means a grant under Section 8 of this Plan which is designed to result in the issuance of the number of shares of Stock described in such grant rather than a payment in cash based on the Fair Market Value of such shares of Stock.

Stock Grant. Means a grant by the Company of Shares under the Plan.

Stock Grant. The grant of Stock not subject to restrictions or other forfeiture conditions.

Stock Grant. The grant of 1,000 Restricted Shares or Restricted Share Units, as determined by the Committee. Shares issued under this Plan may be authorized and unissued shares of Common Stock or shares of Common Stock reacquired by the Company. All or any shares of Common Stock subject to a stock option under the Plan which for any reason are not issued may again be made subject to a stock option or Stock Grant under the Plan

Stock Grant. Means the award of a certain number of Shares granted under Section 13 below.

Stock Grant. An award of shares of Common Stock subject to those limitations and restrictions set forth in the Plan and/or the applicable Award agreement.

Stock Grant. A grant of shares of Common Stock accompanied by such restrictions as may be determined by the Committee under Section 7 of this Plan

Stock Grant. A right to acquire Shares under the Plan other than by the exercise of an Option
