Stock Issuance. Means the offering for sale by the SHC of shares of Common Stock to the Persons and in the priorities set forth in Section 4 of this Stock Plan, subject to the other provisions of this Stock Plan, including without limitation the limitations on purchases of Common Stock set forth in Section 10 hereof.
