Stock Option Gain Deferral Election. An irrevocable election made by an Eligible Employee to defer the receipt of Stock Option Gain Compensation. Effective January 1, 2004, the Plan will no longer permit Eligible Employees to enter into Stock Option Gain Deferral Elections.
