Stock Options. Incentive Stock Options and Non-Qualified Stock Options

Stock Options. Means each of the five (5) currently outstanding options to purchase shares of Common Stock of the Company held by Executive pursuant to the Company's 1999 Stock Option Plan as follows: 1)Option to purchase 1,000,000 shares granted on 12/12/01; 2)Option to purchase 300,000 shares granted on 12/12/01; 3)Option to purchase 156,000 shares granted on 2/10/04; 4)Option to purchase 300,000 shares granted on 3/11/04; and 5)Option to purchase 366,000 shares granted on 12/24/04

Stock Options. Means options to purchase shares of Common Stock issued by the Issuer on the Original Issue Date to certain members of the Issuer's senior management, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified or supplemented in accordance with their terms.

Stock Options. Means the stock options granted to or reserved for issuance to officers, key employees, key consultants and directors of the Company pursuant to stock option plans adopted by the Board of Directors to purchase, in the aggregate, up to 405,000 shares of Common Stock.

Stock Options. Employee Stock Options and Non-Employee Stock Options.

Stock Options. Means the first series of incentive stock options that shall be issued by the Company to its employees under its 2001 Stock Option Plan, as authorized by the Board of Directors or any properly appointed committee thereof.

Stock Options. Shall mean any and all options granted to the Executive by the Company to acquire capital stock of the Company, whether granted prior to or after the date of this Agreement (other than any options granted to the Executive which expressly provide that the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not apply to such options).

Stock Options. Those options to purchase one hundred thousand (100,000) Common Shares to be granted under the Stock Option Plan as described at Paragraph 3.2 herein;

Stock Options. The outstanding stock options issued to Mr. Mossinghoff by Inspire pursuant to the Stock Plan (as hereinafter defined) and listed on the attached "Schedule A".

Stock Options. Means any stock options granted to an optionee under the Plan.
