Stock Price

Stock Price. Means the average of the Closing Prices for the twenty Trading Day period ending on (and including) the Trading Day ending immediately prior to the Interest Payment Date.

Stock Price. The closing price of the Company's Common Stock as reported on the New York Stock Exchange Composite Tape or, if no such reported sale of the Common Stock shall have occurred on such date, on the next preceding date on which there was such a reported sale

Stock Price. The average closing price of the Stock for the 90 consecutive calendar days immediately preceding such date; provided, however, that, in the event of a Change in Ownership or Control of the Company, the Stock Price shall be the last reported closing price of the Stock on the immediately preceding full trading day immediately prior to the Change in Ownership or Control of the Company

Stock Price. With respect to any Person, the Fair Market Value of the common stock of such Person or, if no common stock exists for such Person, the security of such Person that would be most similar to common stock of a corporation

Stock Price.
