Example Definitions of "Stock Purchase Agreement"
Stock Purchase Agreement. Means the agreement to be entered into between Purchaser and Seller substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit 1.14.
Stock Purchase Agreement. The Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of April 2, 2013, among the Seller (used herein as defined in the First Amendment), as seller, the Borrower or one if its Restricted Subsidiaries, as buyer, and the Parent, as guarantor, together with all exhibits and schedules thereto
