Example Definitions of "Stock Unit Account"
Stock Unit Account. The book entry account established and maintained for each Director to record the Deferred Stock Units to be credited to a Director pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan.
Stock Unit Account. That portion of the Deferral Account that is measured by the performance of Shares
Stock Unit Account. The bookkeeping account established, pursuant to Section 5, on behalf of each Director who elects, pursuant to Section 3, to have any of his or her Deferred Compensation credited to a stock unit account
